Consultants should expect to dedicate about 6 hours per week to VHC. This includes our general body meetings, dedicated client team sessions, and independent research or project work.

You will be placed in a dedicated team of 4-6 student consultants, led by a Project Manager. The team is also directly overseen by our Executive Board to ensure that final deliverables meet professional standards.

Our application process consists of a written online application, followed by an interview process that includes behavioral and problem-solving components. We are looking for curiosity, critical thinking, and drive.
